AI Visibility, AI Optimization, AI Traffic

AI visibility improves most when several modules work together. That is why Agent Franz includes three modules: AI Visibility, AI Optimization and AI Traffic. All three come with every subscription.

How the modules work together

The three modules complement each other. AI Visibility shows when and where AI answers mention you. AI Optimization shows how you can improve your visibility. AI Traffic shows whether AI crawlers actually pick up your content. In the best case you keep improving in all three areas.

  • Measure

Where do AI answers mention me?

  • Improve

What can I work on in concrete terms?

  • Prove

Do the AI crawlers pick up my content?

Module 1

AI Visibility

What it does
Measures where and how often ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, Google AI Mode and Google AI Overview mention your company.
How
Selected questions that are relevant to your topics and your buying center. Several measurements every week, with an add-on twice a week or daily, for more dependable results. The measurement is anonymous and gives a controlled approximation of what people see, without reproducing individual user sessions. A competitor comparison puts your visibility into context.
What you get
Visibility based on sample questions, the trend over time, and your position relative to your competitors.
Module 2

AI Optimization

What it does
Shows concrete starting points for helping AI systems understand your company better and cite it more reliably.
How
Technical and content levers, prioritized and derived from B2B practice. The recommendations build directly on your measurement results.
What you get
Prioritized, actionable measures that match your actual visibility gaps.
Module 3

AI Traffic

What it does
Shows which AI crawlers have actually visited your website. The figures come straight from your real web server access logs, with nothing simulated.
How
Agent Franz evaluates your web server access logs. A ready-made integration exists for Cloudflare. If you do not use Cloudflare yet, you can put it in front of your site or upload your log file manually. Short guides are available for common hosts such as Mittwald, STRATO, IONOS, Hetzner and ALL-INKL.
What you get
Which AI crawlers fetch which pages, and how often. That tells you whether AI picks up your content at all.

Confidentiality in AI Traffic

Access logs are sensitive data. Here is what happens to your file:

  • Pseudonymization on import. IP addresses are pseudonymized as the file is imported (salted SHA-256, per workspace). Individual visitors cannot be identified from the result.
  • Hosting in Germany. All data lives on servers in Germany. No cloud outside the EU.
  • Deletion after evaluation. The uploaded log file is deleted once it has been evaluated. Only the evaluated crawler requests are stored, and the raw file is gone.
  • Data minimization. Only AI crawler requests are evaluated. Human visits enter only as an anonymous total, and no profiles of individuals are created.

Questions and answers

Agent Franz was developed by practitioners and entrepreneurs, and it focuses on the traits of mid-sized B2B companies.

Yes. AI Visibility, AI Optimization and AI Traffic come with every subscription and cannot be booked individually. They are designed to work together.

The optimization suggestions build on measurement results. The AI Optimization module derives technical and content measures that match the visibility gaps it has identified.
